Shipping
If I place multiple orders will you combine them and refund the extra shipping?
We combine orders and refund additional shipping charges proactively when none of the orders have been processed. It's safe to say that if you place multiple orders back to back, we got you.
Do you fulfill apparel orders from your shop or do they ship from another vendor?
All printed apparel items are fulfilled by a third-party vendor determined by your geographical location. These items will ship separately from other items.
I received raffle tickets in my package. What are they for?
Every quarter, we give away a prototype patch to someone that bought from us in the prior quarter. More can be read here.
My tracking shows...?
Unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking information that you see from the courier. If something doesn't seem right, we recommend opening a help ticket with the delivery courier. If you are unable to open a ticket, please e-mail hello@station707.com
My package says it's been delivered, but it's not here?
It's not uncommon for delivery couriers to scan something delivered, then deliver it the next day. We recommend waiting one business day to see if this is the case. If not, you should contact the deliver courier and ask for information about the delivery location. Station707 assumes no further responsibility for packages once marked delivered by the courier.
My package is lost!
While it's a very rare occurrence, it happens. Please send a email to hello@station707.com with your order number and what was lost. We will let you know what resolutions are available. Please keep in mind that limited edition items may not be replaceable.
International orders
All international orders are considered to be shipped "kamikazi." There are no refunds or replacements for undelivered/lost products.
Patches
The Velcro on my patch is failing. What now?
The easiest solution to re-adhering a piece of Velcro is using E6000 adhesive glue. If the Velcro on a patch we made in our shop has come off, we can mail you a new piece ready to be glued, or you can ship the patch to us to be repaired.
Is it safe to wear leather patches?
Simply, leather patches are not made to be abused. Wear them with caution or leave them at home for display purposes only. Leather is a natural material that can swell, crack, be indented, scratched, and more. If you're going to carry leather on your gear, be aware that it can be damaged.
Returns and Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, we can help with canceling. Any canceled orders resulting in a refund will have all processing fees subtracted from the refund total.
I didn't receive what I expected.

I spelled my custom product wrong. Now what?
If you caught this before receiving your order, please contact us immediately. If we've already made the product or you have received it, you will need to purchase a new item. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom products.
Can I return my apparel order?
Unfortunately, our vendor does not accept returns on apparel unless it's due to a print error or defective garment. If this is the case, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Poor fit or sizing issues are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Why was my order canceled?
If we suspect you are using a bot or other software to purchase drops, we will cancel your purchases. Refunds are at our discretion.
